You are in a great spot as you prepare to run your very first 3 on 3 league. The facility is set, registrations are rolling in, t-shirts are ordered… and you ask yourself, “Am I forgetting anything?” My goal for you after you finish reading this is that you KNOW you haven’t forgot a thing. First things first, here’s what will keep you organized! Organization is key to running a great 3 on 3 league. You want to feel prepared as possible, and so you need to make sure you have everything! You also want it to be well enough organized that any employees you may hire will be able to find what they need quickly, and put things back so at the end of the night, it is a quick and easy clean up.
